We use this information to send the messages you have requested and to maintain records of your consent as required by law.

Your text messaging opt-in data, consent, and related personal information will not be shared or sold to third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. 3. Contributions and Campaign Finance Disclosure

Important: As an Arizona state political action committee, we are required by Arizona Revised Statutes Title 16, Chapter 6 (A.R.S. § 16-901 et seq.) and rules of the Arizona Secretary of State to collect and publicly disclose certain contributor information. This obligation exists independently of our general privacy practices.

If your aggregate contributions exceed $250 per election cycle, we are legally required to collect and report your name, mailing address, occupation, and employer to the Arizona Secretary of State. This information becomes part of the public record and may be accessed at https://www.azsos.gov.

By making a contribution, you represent and warrant that the contribution is made from your own funds, that you are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident, and that you are not otherwise prohibited from making the contribution under applicable law. We are prohibited from accepting contributions from foreign nationals and other persons prohibited under A.R.S. § 16-905, and contributions are subject to Arizona state contribution limits under A.R.S. § 16-905, which vary by election cycle and office sought.

Contributions are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions. Contributions are generally not refundable, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

4. How We Share Your Information

4.1 Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party service providers — such as payment processors, email and SMS providers, website hosting services, and analytics providers — who help us operate our website and services. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and to use it only for the services they provide to us.

4.2 Affiliated Organizations

We may share your information with affiliated organizations and related entities for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable campaign finance law.

4.3 Mandatory Campaign Finance Disclosures

As described in Section 3, we are required by Arizona law to disclose certain contributor information to the Arizona Secretary of State. These disclosures are public record and are required regardless of your other privacy preferences.

4.4 Legal Requirements and Protection

We may disclose your information when required by law or in response to valid legal process, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our organization, our users, or the public. Where permitted by law, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before disclosing your information in response to a legal request.

4.5 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, reorganization, or other significant operational change, your information may be transferred as part of that transition, consistent with applicable law.

Important Note: SMS opt-in consent and data will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. See Section 1.3.

5. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

5.1 Opt Out of Communications

You can opt out of our communications at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email, replying STOP to any text message, or contacting us at compliance@votetovictory.com. Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you transactional or legally required messages.

5.2 Access, Correct, or Delete Your Information

You may request to review, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at compliance@votetovictory.com. Please note that contributor information we are required to report and that becomes part of the public record cannot be deleted or restricted.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how visitors use our site, support our communications and advertising, and improve website functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect some features. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by applicable law.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encrypted transmission (SSL/TLS), secure storage with access controls, and limited employee access — to protect your information. Our payment processors are PCI DSS compliant, and we do not store your complete payment card numbers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or as required by applicable law, including campaign finance recordkeeping requirements.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that we have collected personal information from an individual under 16 without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly. California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information through our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link or by enabling a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, which we honor. To exercise any rights available under your state’s law, contact us at compliance@votetovictory.com.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the “Effective Date” above.
